I have a doctors appt on Wednesday and need to what kinds of things I can ask him about for concieving faster.
Any personal methods that you have used??

With baby #2 it took me 18 months after my last Depo Provera shot to get pregnant (I took it for 3 years), and it took us 19 months to conceive baby #3 after my last Depo shot the second time I was taking it for 4 years. My husband and I are both in our early 30's and used ovulation tests, and even used fertility drugs for 2 months with no success. We had tests done to make sure there were no cysts or anything like that, all of the "equipment" was fine for both of us, I think the majority of the time is waiting on the depo to wear off. My cycle was regular for 12 months before I conceived this latest time.
We even bought Pre-Seed and used it for 6 months with no luck. After some research, we found out that Olive Oil is close to the pH of sperm, and a woman's orgasm can help the sperm move through the cervix better. Using OPK we realized that I ovulate late, so I'd say get some OPKs from www.early-pregnancy-tests.com and read their tips (such as don't use first urine of the morning), they have great prices and I got pregnant using the tests from them.
We always had sex every other day around the time I ovulated, but in January decided maybe we should try EVERY day, we used OPKs each afternoon and Olive Oil for lube and he made sure I had an orgasm, too. We are now 8.5 weeks pregnant with baby #3!

I was on depo for over 4 years and my last shot was June 06 and we are still trying I am just starting to have semi normal cycles. It takes a while for the shot to be fully out of your system. I have never tried this but a friend of mine told me 1 week of taking geritol and you should get preg. If you go on the geritol website under the faq they say it has not been confirmed but has happened quite a few times. Good luck.

wow im in your exact shoes i was on the depo for 6 months then the pill for another 6 months and now im trying to get pregnant also everyone tells me just relax and take folic acid. but so far no positive signs yet. hope you get pregnant soon cuz trying really sucks good luck

a lot of sex, don't go to the bathroom right after wait atleast 15 minutes, hubby should wear boxes not briefs, how long have you been off the depro, the problem with depro is it could take a long while after you stop taking it to concieve

Me and my husband tried to convieve for 8 months before finally becoming pregnant...what worked for us is that after sex I would prop my butt up on a pillow...(but not too high) and would stay that way for 5-10 minutes and what that does is it helps the sperm back to your cervix.....I also was told that having an orgasm after ejaculation would help...I hope this helps and GOOD LUCK!!!

i've got heard candy potatoes and spinach are fantastic... moniter your cycle and in simple terms remember to are sexually lively on the days which you're ovulating... the e book "taking administration of your fertility" is great .. you will discover it at barns and noble
