My DVD-rom drive keep scratching DVDs, what can I do?

It scratches them in a circular pattern. I had this fixed once before but the problem has started again. Also, does anyone know how I could fix up the DVDs that have been scratched

Try thourroley cleaning the disk tray and using a cleaning disk to clean the laser. if that does not work get a new one because they are pretty cheap now.

is it a brand new dvd-rom? if not than buy a new 1.
