The customer wants quality, and that is what is/should be delivered.

Or

If a customer is satisfied with what you've delivered, then that means they're satisfied with the quality of the delivery.

Or

It's all in the delivery for the customer - how you phrase it, how you respond to their questions, and their concerns. Basically meaning that if the delivery is excellent, then you've inherently achieved quality.
