You can use ammonia in equal portion with liquid dishwashing soap and water, shake it well and work the solution into the spot. Let it stand for a few minutes and then flush with water. However, this solution cannot be used on washable wool, silk, spandes, acrylic or acetate. If you are not certain whether what you are trying to clean contains any of these fibers (like carpet sometimes has a wool content), try using Borax mixed with water into a slurry or paste, work into the urine stain, agitate with a brush and allow to dry. Then vacuum it up. Borax is a little safer than ammonia for most synthetic fibers.
NEVER use ammonia in conjunction with bleach or on something you have already used bleach on as the fumes the two together produce are EXTREMELY toxic and could land you in the emergency room!

You know what i bought this drain clean like acid I used a couple of drops mind you in the tank and let it set for a 5 min then flush. then i put a couple of drops in the toilet let it sit and what ever crap that was stuck is gone. Mind you i used drops and checked the my plastic parts all it did was take the layered stuff off. Be very care ful when pouring but it will work and it did not strip the enamel. Most important it may need a new wax ring

For urine, you need an enzyme cleaner. You buy it at a pet-supply store. Mix it with water and really douse the area, and keep it wet, because it only works when it's wet. Enzyme cleaner works on odors and stains that have a biologicasl origin, so you can use it for blood and a lot of food stains too,

Urine is ammonia so do not use it to remove urine stains or smells. What are you trying to clean? Your question is a little confusing. Do you want to get a new....house?....carpet?.....??? if fabric like carpet...sprinkle a box of baking soda on and let set overnight then vacuum...on hard surfaces try baking soda in water and lots of rinses.

amonia and urine can make you sick when combined, it is toxic and can make you pass out. just get a new one at home depot, i suggest the American Standard Cadet 3 Right Height, Elogated Bowl. Has an antimicrobial glaze, which will never leave urine stains get on it.
