More than one psychic has told me this. Is it true?? Or BS?? Should I pay one of them to "clear" it for me?? What about reiki? I am a little uncomfortable with this stuff, and I don't understand it.

All energy is good. It changes depending on what you do with it. The birth of energy is all good, because it is neutral. Neutral energy is simply benign and good.

Almost everyone has some level of negative energy based on stress, worry, diet etc. It is best to understand yourself and work on issues that weight on your mind at various levels of concern. It works for me. A bonus was a full treatment of Reiki that increase my positive energy. Before I had a Reiki treatment, I measured my energy field. After Reiki it more than doubled! You really feel good after a treatment. Once you have the treatment, you can do it at home yourself.

I'd imagine that the negative energy that they are speaking of is coming from you! Why pay someone to "clear" it from you when you are the best person to do the job!! Your negative energy could be your thought patterns....are you a negative person? Do you think negative thoughts? If so, try to be more positive! Do not let anyone, or for that matter PAY anyone to clear your negative energy......it would be a waste of money, dear!!

psycics have been scaring people for years with the whole "OMFG u have negative energy" thing,you are you and your energy is in your own control psycics are no better than other humans if they could predict the future accurately i would be dead 3 times over for cursing them.

I think you have had some bad things happen, and some that your having trouble letting go of. But the only one that can get rid of that is you. let it go, lifes too short.

Why do you feel the need to SHOUT?
It's a bit too aggressive for my liking.
I prefer to use 'quotation marks'.
You could easily have put 'negative energy' in your question, instead of the SHOUTY CAPITAL LETTERS
