Do a search for a company called "Progressive Business Publications" ...I used to work for them. They market various (8) page twice monthly publications at a reasonable cost to businesses and individuals that may be just what you are looking for. Try volunteering your team to work with Habitat for Humanity.
You'll be giving them the opportunity to work as a team in a different environment, and be giving something to the community as well.
