Most of the time when a health question is asked and people respond to call the doctor, I get annoyed because this is a great forum to get some real life experiences which can be as valuable as calling the doctor.
Now is not one of those times!
You need to be seen. Do not be afraid of being paranoid, in fact you should be paranoid! People go to the hospital all the time and are sent home because they are not in labor, it is ok! Especially with twins, you want to keep those babies in as long as possible.
Call your doctor!!

Call the doc. I went into preterm labor with my twins at 32 weeks and didn't even know it! If you are in labor, they'll stop it because its too early. Get on the phone! Best of luck.

The best thing to do is call your doctor. But if you dont want to call them just yet then i would start to first count the minutes in between, and then if they come close enough together then go to the hospital. Also do you think that you water might have broken. If it did then I would go right away.

it is a little early for the babies to be born, you are probably just hurting from all that extra weight youre carrying, just lay down and rest and take it easy. although im sure you know that most women carrying multiple babies dont usually go to term, average time is like 33-36 weeks i think. hope you have healthy beautiful babies!

Go to the hospital now. It might be nothing, but you don't want to end up delivering early babies at home. Go, now, and good luck.
