Yeah... it's probably a bit too early, but don't let that scare you off. If you are enjoying this person and the relationship, stick with him and see where it may lead. Remember that "love" can mean very different things to differnet people; it cannot be defined clearly because it is made up of so many things, feelings, actions, etc.! If it's not yet "love" for you, but you feel it eventually could be, then that's a beautiful start! Be happy with that! And be sure he understands this aspect, too... otherwise he may feel uncomfortable with his feelings and/or with you! Good luck!

How can he love you? 3 days is not long enough to know a person at all. Maybe he thinks that you like to hear that and thinks you will like him more. I suggest that you tell him that you don't like it and how you truly feel. Ask him what he loves about you and point out that that is not all of you and he still has a lot to learn and then he can decide if he loves you in like a month or 2.

Tell him exactly what you feel. Don't say you love him whatever you do. It's way too early. If I was in your situation I'd turn and run cause it sounds like there's something not right there..but if you say there's potential tell him to slow down tell him that you believe there's potential but your not at that stage yet.

You shouldn't tell him until you're positive you feel it; you're right, 3 days is very early in the relationship to say I love you. This happened to my current husband with an ex of his years ago. She said "Well, aren't you going to say you love me," the first time they were on the phone. It got him stuck in a cycle of her believing that he loved her because he said it back, and only made it harder for him to end things with her when he was ready to end the relationship because it came back to "but you loved me!" He said it, but didn't really mean it, but she didn't know that. So do yourself and him a favor and don't say it until you are sure.

DONT TELL HIM TILL YOUR READY... my bf told me after only a month and i didnt tell him till like 2 months and were still happily together. It might be a little early but its possible. Honesty is the key to every relationship.

Have you known eachother long? If the relationship is one that developed from a friendship, then he may really love you.
If you just met, he's a stalker, run.

First of all, how long have you known him? It is possible he loves you if you have known eachother for quite some time. Its awkward to not tell someone you love them if they say it to you. Dont tell him you love him to please him. You can tell him you have strong feelings for him tho. By the way, how old are you guys?

Maybe he does love you. It must have been love at first sight for him. Just be honest with him and tell him how you really feel, though.

Tell him, that that you two can be on the same page. Besides if you don't love him tell him so that he won't feel that you are using him.
