Quarrion incubation is 17-22 days. Colour variation should make no difference to this.

Having grown up with cockateels myself, I would say that it should be no longer than the length of time for non-lutinos... however I have heard of sterility problems with lutinos (ours was as well) which would provide egg's just unfertilized ones. Either way, give them time, if they hatch you'll enjoy those little critters.
