it can. generally, you can assume that if someone is fat, there's a buildup of plaque in the arteries. that restricts blood flow, which will affect hardness. the penis is more a vascular organ than anything else--blood flow is everything. so, guys, give up the cigs, exercise, and keep that thing pumping!

I dont think fatness is a main factor in early impotence. I think it is all in your genetics. If from generation to generation men in your family or your bf's family were holding it down to their last breath and they were not skinny or i say far away from being skinny, then they just got genes like that, that most likely are not affected by individuals weight.
In most of the cases impotence is after men with weight though and i believe it is more caused due to laziness, lack of activity and motivation. If all man can think of is food then no **** he may become less sexually active and sooner or later develop a problem like impotence.

Yep, in the time the fatness will give sexual problem. Fatness often means more cholesterol in the blood while any fat persons will have circulation problem and heart condition. Generally fat persons aren't fit and so could have ventilation problem too with low stamina. All those just are the MAIN enemies of the sex and of the perfomance!

most definetely. the scrotum is supposed to hang and therefore be away from body heat. in obese men, the presence of extra abdominal tissue and fat causes the sac to be closer to body parts therefore more exposure to heat leading to weaker sperm.
