Each state has Two (2) senators. Therefore each one represents half the people of his state. Representatives from each state are determined by population and the number of representatives varies from state to state depending on the population.

There are only two senators per state, each one dedicated to the entire state's population. Now, Congressional representatives serve a specific number of constituents. Hence, larger states will have more members in congress. Sorry to say I don't know the actual figure.

Each senator represents every person in their states. Only Representatives are chosen by population.
