Marvel. Capcom wold put up a fight, but once Death, Galactus, and the others got involved .. it's all over.

The obvious answer: Marvel and Capcom, as they rake in all the bucks when the fight goes down. Watch them sell it pay-per-view.

You forgot to add pikachu! If pikachu was there, he would be the strongest of all. The only strongest one there so far is megaman from capcom. He would destroy spiderman and his little friends
