Although I'm a male, I often hear this complaint from my female friends. You have nothing to worry about. During my wife's pregnancies, she had such a natural glow and serenity to her that she seemed more beautiful and alluring than ever. Naturally, the further along she became, the less sex we had. We agreed to abstain with two weeks before her due date even though her doctor said that sex right up to labor is not dangerous.
Anyway, during her pregnancy, we did more and more cuddling which was a joy to us both and actually seemed to bring us closer together after her births. Maybe you and your husband can use this time to become more in tune with each others feelings. However, you won't be able to do so if you are paranoid about your looks. Think positive. Having a baby is a thing of beauty.
If you think you're no longer alluring... Remember a pregnant Demi Moore on the magazine cover a few years ago? Wasn't she beautiful!!!!

Hi there. I'm 35 weeks pregnant and feel EXACTLY the same. Ive been feeling this way for months now. Its very very normal. I know i drive him crazy. I'm always asking him, where are you going, when will you be back, and thinking hes seeing someone else b/c im fat (just preg fat) and feeling ugly. I know i drive him nuts. He keeps telling me "you do this every time you are pregnant Jess, its okay, it ll all be over soon" and I'm honest with him and tell him how I feel. He actually let me spend about 600 dollars on clothes for me after the baby is born. (5 weeks to go) It made me feel alittle better :-) I just want this all to be over so I can go back to having some self esteem. Congrats and the Best of Luck to You!!!

It is norma lto feel fat but trust me i dont think that your husabnd thinks that you are ugly and unattractive. You are carry his shild that he made with you and to men that is a very attractive thing. your almost at the end of your preganancy and that can be very emotional. Not only are your hormones preparing to have this baby but you are mentally stressing yourself out. worrying about baby rooms baby names and all the other stuff that needs to be done before baby comes, thats alot for one person to handle. I know that after that baby is born all will go back to normal in time and the feeling that you are having will go away and all you will feel is happiness and joy. Good Luck.

I am 26 weeks and feel the same way. I don't feel like I can look attactive no matter how hard I try. So I asked my husband about it for a little reassurance and he said he liked the way I looked. It was nice to hear.

It is normal to feel that way, but you would be suprised how little our husbands care about the expanding waistline. Even when we feel like an inflated cow, they're usually up for some nookie if you are.

this is a normal feeling, but you are carrying his child and you are beautiful, it's you that see yourself as not, you are almost done the time is near, take a shower, do your hair, put on your nicest maternity clothes, a little lipstick and take a walk, this will pass don't worry, good luck and congratulations
