I'd definitely take invulnerability; anything else and you can still get picked off pretty easily. Then I'd train myself into a killing machine. I don't have a problem with using guns -- they're quite powerful enough for an offensive weapon. It's in defense that a superpower would be useful.

Being able to cause someone life long excrusiating pain in their nether regions.

I would want to Teleport (myself or others with me) that way I wouldn't have to deal with rush hour (which seems to be all day long), or expensive plane tickets.
