Marketing!
The sales and marketing people at major companies travel frequently and spend a lot of time entertaining potential clients. It's a tough industry to break into with no training & no experience, but it's exciting and rewarding if you're an extrovert and love to meet new people. It also helps to have a decent memory (names, faces, companies - that's important in making a potential customer feel special.)
These are often the people you run into at industry fairs, they spend time with clients on the golf course, and have budgets to take clients out for NICE meals, and often for a night on the town after dinner.
My friend is a marketing/sales guy and he takes care of the company hunting camp! (And takes clients there for hunting trips. He LOVES it!)

A flight attendant & pilot both travel a lot too, but they have long quiet periods where they have to sit still (or wait on people who are sitting still.)
