These questions are becoming quite boring with no resolution in sight. But, I'll answer. Led Zeppelin are probably the best though I think they are overrated despite the obvious musical proficiencies of the members. A lot of their material is ripped off blues music. Their earlier stuff hold sthe most weight. The later albums after Houses Of The Holy are really not that great.

Queen was a very talented, creative band that mixed rock with opera. Clever lyrics and a great stage show led by the effeminate Freddy Mercury who passed away in the early 90's due to Aids complications.

Nirvana were a product of the Seattle grunge scene and also influenced by other alternative bands like the Pixies. They had a simple, minimalist musical approach accompanied by phenomenal poetic lyrics of leader Kurt Cobain who passed away in April 1994. Note, I say he passed away. I think Queen, just because of all the bands that have been influenced by them (Nirvana included) even though I'm a huge Nirvana fan, I think the impact Queen has in modern rock history is undeniable and they were really innovative, they created a unique style of music.

Wow, what a mix! Abba greater than the Stones? Black Eyed Pears, Spice females and Sissor Sisters are huge bands? Are you talking approximately bands with super populatity and ability? Then U2, Queen, Beatles and Stones are ok. and doubtless Nirvana, Oasis, Black Sabbath, Coldplay, Ac/dc too. something have been very oftentimes happening yet on no account "huge" ( Bonjovi have been great oftentimes happening and ABBA...i like Abba!)

I'm a fan of all of them, but U2 tops the list for me. 30 years and still going strong. Viva U2!
