Why aren't Chicago nor Jim Croce in The Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame?

I live in Cleveland,but will not visit there again until both get in--they deserve it,don't you think?

certainly they both have earned a place in the hall...hopefully that will be corrected quickly

They belong in there--The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is crap.

Do people need to petition to get their favorite artists in? How do they decide? I would have thought that they were already in.
