All of a sudden your belly would get really big, you'd stop having your period, and the doctor would tell you!!

go to your doctor and ask for a pregnancy test done it is the best way to find out through a blood sample too, it cost money but what does not theys days

Take a test, symptoms are different, like breast tenderness and so on would be hard to distinguish.

there are many different signs such as cramping or your nipples getting bumpy i would talk to your doctor or take a pregnancy test.

first take a test and see what the results say.usually your infant that your feeding will not want to feed off you anymore(that's what i was told)
