If they can't do all three by the time they start school you have a problem.

Stand and walk - anything from 10 months onwards.
Talk - about 2 years to 2 and a half before you get coherent words from them.

it really does depend but on average a child walks by bout 18months, talks(well odd words) by the same and stands by bout 9/10 months, well at least my son and and brother did!x

my 15 month old daughter stood at 7-8 months and walked at 9 months-and she says 2-3 word sentences now-so did her 2yr old sister but my 2 older boys were closer to 1 yr (i think it's b/c i worked outside the home w/ the boys and i'm a SAHM now)

It does not do it at a certain age you teach it to walk, talk, and stand.

Normal is different for everyone. Most around a year old.

well for my kids it was.... walk 11mo, talk 6mo, and stand 8mo.

when it comes to children there is no such thing as "normal" They all do things in their own time
