Stand and walk - anything from 10 months onwards.
Talk - about 2 years to 2 and a half before you get coherent words from them.

it really does depend but on average a child walks by bout 18months, talks(well odd words) by the same and stands by bout 9/10 months, well at least my son and and brother did!x

my 15 month old daughter stood at 7-8 months and walked at 9 months-and she says 2-3 word sentences now-so did her 2yr old sister but my 2 older boys were closer to 1 yr (i think it's b/c i worked outside the home w/ the boys and i'm a SAHM now)

It does not do it at a certain age you teach it to walk, talk, and stand.

well for my kids it was.... walk 11mo, talk 6mo, and stand 8mo.
