I would submit it if I were you. It's so stupid when people seriously start fights or say stuff online, its like. say that to my face? not a computer screen.
Anyway, I would report it because who knows, you could not be the only one. They could be doing it to other people and you could be the last person before yahoo answer boards banes the person. Plus, it is anonymous to that person on who actually reports them, although sometimes it's obvious.

Depending on who it was, I would. If it's someone known like Jimbo or somebody, absolutely if it's some lemming, definitely not.
