well, it would help answering your question if we knew what languages you already know/ computer experience.

(it'll be difficult to begin programming with C++, but it's worth it.)
Why paying ? Take a look at online tutorials. Open up google and type 'c++ tutorials' and you'll take thousands of results. Here's a good link:
