I know that a faint line means pregnant, but only half of mine showed up! It looks like an upside down T.
What is going on? It is BLUE, not gray or colorless.

Has anyone experienced this or know what the deal is?

I'd say it's positive. Any hint of a line is my thought.

Edit: I have experienced a very barely visible line that no one who looked at it could see except me and it was indeed positve, but never half a line. Probably a problem with the test, but I would think it's positive anyway. Retake it! :)

Yes, with my second pregnancy, my result line was so faint that it didn't meet in the middle. I could just see the lines at the top and bottom but the middle was missing. If you have a line show up then it has reacted with the level of Hcg in your body, therefore half a line or a whole line, you are pregnant!! Congratulations!

Ahh! The same thing happened to me. My girlfriend and and I were staring at the box trying to decide what it meant. Go get one of those EPT Certainty pregnancy tests (or one of the other digital ones) that just comes up "Pregnant" or "Not Pregnant". I will never buy one of those other tests again. Who needs to be deciphering hieroglyphics at one of the most crucial moments in your life!! It may have something to do with the level of hormones in your body. But the digital one comes up immediately and is pretty foolproof. Mine came up as pregnant after about one second. Good luck!

I'd take it as a positive. I've never really heard of false positives. Congrats. GO and buy a couple more tests and take them tomorrow morning, then call your doc for a blood test asap, just to be sure because there are false negs. Congrats and goodluck

Sounds like you got a bad test to prevent mistaken or confusing results next time try buying the clear blue easy electronic test that just says either pregnant or not pregnant trust me its worth it.

if it is the line that is to verify if you are pregnant or not, and something is there than i would bet money that you are in fact pregnant, the lines come out in all different sorts of ways, just go get another test to be sure if youre concerned. congrats

I would get another test and contact the company you got the test through. You could have just got a bad test and generally if you call the company they will send you a coupon for a free test.

Sounds like the test malfunctioned. Try taking an easier to read test like first response.

Good luck

I'd go ahead and be tested at a doctors office, some offer free pregnancy test. Better to now.
