if it only had one piece it wouldnt be a bikini. and speaking as a guy, it totally depends on what kind of body you have, i've seen women in one piece suits that wouldn't look nearly as good if they were in a two.

I prefer a t-shirt and shorts. After (almost) having 2 kids, I won't even go near a bikini anymore.
