Alot of companies out there are willing to give loans to high risk people like yourself. They just will charge an outrageous interest rate. If you are trying to get a loan that is not secured, it's most likely not gonna happen. Secure means they have collateral like a loan against your house or car or other valuable collateral. Then they come get it if you don't pay. So try to get a loan for high risk and look into what you may have for collateral to use. Another thing you should look into if you have credit card debt is, contacting a debt consolidation company. They take care of the credit card companies for you. Sometimes they can force them to lower the interest and or balance for you. All your credit cards get added together to one payment. Then the consolidation company figures out what you can pay for a payment based on your income. They help you set a goal, to pay off your credit cards in a certain time period. Plus in many cases once you start dealing with a debt consolidation company the credit card companies that are bothering you can't call you any more, they have to deal with the consolidation company. Once you start paying these credit companies back through debt consolidation, your credit will show it and it will be easier to get a loan.
Here is a link if you want debt consolidation explained to you.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.
I will hereby talk from my personal experience.
I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,
a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Im in your position. I could have gotten a loan from a bank but ended up signing with a debt recovery company that lowered my interest rate. I still dont know if i made the right decision. Being in debt sucks but we reap what we sow.

Almost every private lenders I have contacted can't show a licence number that they really are a legal lender. And one of them had taken a number from a lottery. Before you will take a chance look them up. I have asked almost 10 of them to show me a licence number and one sad "way should he do that". Don't trust them. I saw a list on one webside and that list was long and many of this scammers have a yahoo mail.

You could try this site for helpful loan information. http://loan.divinfo.com/ Maybe try lending tree? I don't have any personal experience with them, but you see a lot of ads for them on TV these days--they supposedly shop for the best loan. That means you'll pay a higher fee, but you have to do what you have to do. Good luck!
