Wild caught reptiles/amphibians make very poor pets. They stress easily and have a higher risk of succumbing to disease or parasites. The best thing for it is to let it go, there are plenty of captive bred animals available in the pet trade, most of which are pretty cheap and will generally live longer, happier lives.

Last summer i had caught 3 toads, and kept them as pets. I bought fishing bait like wax worms for them to eat. I put them in a fisk tank with a screen on top. And i put potting soil at the bottom. I had a bowl of water and they are still living....

It's probably best to avoid wild anything as a pet. It's usually a bad idea to try and domestic wild animals and can be dangerous to you and them.

you can have them as a pet.but i would do research on it and make sure you still want it.also check if it is on the threatened species list in your state if so it is illegal.if u decide to got one NEVER put it back outside because it will become immune to a disease and when you put it outside the population of the frogs could die out.
