Ive never been to atlantic city or any other casino for that matter, What do you wear? Jeans and a Tee shirt or Jeans and a nice top or no jeans? Im so confused. I know this sounds shallow but Id hate to be under or over dressed.

Used to go down to AC quite a bit... Be comfy, but fashionable. Wear some nice jeans (not ripped), sandals or sneakers, polo or a nice blouse with the collar up, a pretty necklace, hair down... You'll be perfect! And look way HOT!

You can wear anything you're comfortable wearing in a casino. Clothes go from sweats and shorts by day to very dressed up at night. The better question is...what do you plan to do besides the casino?
Some of the restaurants and clubs require an "upscale casual" (that's no sneakers or tee shirts, but nice jeans are OK), while others are very casual (that's shirts required/no bare feet). For awhile last summer, the Quarter at Tropicana (an upscale spot for shopping/dining/entertainment) would not allow jeans or sneakers after 11:00 PM (they've since gotten over the jeans part).
If you're walking the boardwalk, comfortable shoes are a must. Stiletto heels will get caught in the boards! Have fun!

I Have been living in AC for 4 years and it's all the same. There is no real dress code, it all depends on what you want to do. If you plan on sitting at a slot machine your entire time , you can wear anything, if you plan on eating at the restaurants then you can be a little better dressed, like jeans and a nice top. It all depends on how you feel. When me and my gf go we sometimes wear jeans and a t-shirt or she wears a nice dress like a halter dress, i have even worn a Ralph Lauren suit, tie and all, but it was for an occassion. In short:
If you are just gambling : casual is good
Dining : Semi casual
Nightclub : Typical nightclub wear, HOT!
Entertainment like shows : semi
Walking the boardwalk: COMFORTABLE !
Remember it all depends on how you feel and your comfort.

You wear what you are comfortable in. You will see people dressed up, and you will see people with sweatsuits. It's personal preference.
Word of advice though. When I went to Atlantic City for the first time, I didn't know anything about the boardwalk. I didn't know it was a looooong strip. I wore sandals, that are only comfortable when you are walking short distances.
My feet started hurting soo bad, I couldn't even walk down the whole boardwalk.
I said all that to say, if you plan to walk the boardwalk, wear comfortable shoes!
