Okay firstly the music needs to be mp3
Now find the folder it should be in my documents 'EA games'
then click on the folder 'the sims'
then 'music'
now click on the folder of the radio station you want your music to play on for eg click 'metal'
then just drag your mp3 files in there and your done when you change your station to the one you selected you will hear your own music

First you need some mp3s. Remember which drives and files your music and Sims in. Co to my computer, find your mp3s and put you mouse over it so it gets highlighted and either go ctrl+c(copy), or ctrl+x(cut). With that co to your Sims and go to the drive you put your game in(usually C) and go to radio, rock or Latin or a station on your radio, and go to ctrl+v(paste). Repeat.
