I am a college student currently looking for an all bills paid apartment in Houston, Tx. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated. :-)

Drive around an area of the city where you want to live. Often there are signs posted that indicate: "All Bills paid." Good luck.

Try an apartment locator in the area of town you are looking - you don't say which school you are attending. Also, check craigslist and the Houston Press.

I cannot remeber the name but it is Fox something off of I 10 around IKEA. All bills paid except cable.

go to the public library and get a rent magazine it will have apartments in it some are all bills paid
