It seems as though the only thing people point to when asked about Bush is "We haven't been attacked on US Soil since 9/11"

While I think this is a low standard for success, if it happened would that change your opinion of Bush?

If that is the only standard you judge presidents by, then Harding was a great president.

My point is that terrorism has grown exponentially around the world b/c of this presidents policies. They haven't struck here again but we're helping their cause to do so.

Answer the question... would you still like him?

I'd blame Bush for the US being attacked at this point. He had a chance, 9/11, to work global opinion like a whore on Saturday night and make the US look like a peaceful nation accepting a slap in the face, instead he did this. Most countries followed us and still do follow us for Afghanistan but this Iraq thing... I think any attack on US soil at this point will be blamed on that war; a war which was entirely his idea based on a reality you'd have to be a schizophrenic to understand.

The next attack will be similar to what is taking place in the 24 hours series on television.....
The present President took action ,the previous administration was Oblivious to what action it should have taken.President Bush was just an Innocent by-stander as was the rest of population. The great thing that happen is that the people of this country realized that we are involved and contending with spiritual forces of Evil. Therefore the whole country joined and Prayed.

It would depend on his response to the attack. Obviously you don't think it a big deal that Bush has succeeded in preventing more attacks on the US. How would we be better off if he had failed at that? Is your irrational Bush hatred syndrome leading you to root for more American deaths?

There's more people killed in my neighborhood by punks than in 9/11. What is the President doing about that?

And what is he doing about our jobs going overseas? It seems that someone is lining their pockets by buttering up to rich industrialists.

It just shows that there are a lot of tiny minds in this country.
