There is a series of calligraphy dip nib pens called Chronicle and they have a traditional quill pen fitted with a fine flexible nib in the range. They are a very untraditional bright red.Try a stationery or craft shop. If the don't have them ask if they use a wholesaler called Magna Craft and could order one. They are packed in 10's but can be bought as a single around £5.

Well, a quill is just a feather. So depending on how much effort you wanted to put in, how about getting a feather from a local bird sanctuary or park? You'd only have to sharpen the end, I think, then mount it yourself or have it mounted professionally. You could even spray it gold or silver before you mounted it.

But like I said, depends on how much work you want to put into this.

Good Luck anyways!

Did you even try doing a search on google? because it comes up with several options for buying quills at various prices.
