I think it's great - the mixing of cultures leads to greater knowledge and understanding. What's the real problem ?

Multi-culturalism and diversity spell the death of a society.
---There's absolutely no benefit from it -- except cheap labor.
---And the destruction of the previous culture there.
Rockets were sent to the moon, ships sailed the seven seas, cures for diseases were developed before multi-culturalism.
Multi-culturalism and diversity = disunity. "A house divided cannot stand." It's nothing more than a divide and conquer tactic being used by the powers that be. The NWO.
Look at the US. People of various ethnic groups overall do NOT live in harmony. Sure, in some instances, but the majority do not.
All of these ethnic groups are interested in attaining political power, economic power and street power ... rather than what's best for America as a whole. With all of these different people competing against each other for the same resources in the same geo-graphic location, what do you think the end result is?
Why do you think there were nations in the first place? So similar, like-minded people could live together and be self-governing. Almost all wars ever fought were between opposing ethnic groups.
Every empire that "became multi-cultural" died.
People want to believe that everything is ok, that life will go on as always, but it won't. America will balkanize.

It's possible to shut the borders of a country. Problem is, without the rest of the world to use as a metric of sanity, most people in the monoculture go barking mad and from there it's only so long before you're annexing poland and asking the moon what to do about bird flu.
More variety == healthier society.

uhhh, culture does not have to do with just race so, even if I bought into your one race idea, there is not just one culture.
but......"If people put their parents having sex on a flag, it might cut out the whole Patriotism thing dont you think?" What the hell are you talking about?

"Hate is probably too strong a term." Dislike at times, is better.
Many times a mix of many cultures is good for learning and broadening one's perspective. Other times it is almost synonymous with political correctness, which is the fearful strategy to appease the most people possible.

You're right, there is only one race, the human race! The idea of multiculturalism is a good one, people of different cultures unting and celebrating their differences and whatnot.. but it's just an ideal and wont ever work!

The Norwegian town of Bergen is one of the closest towns to the British Isles being just 200 miles due east from the Shetland town of Lerwick. London by way of contrast lies 755 miles to the south of Shetland’s capital.
Norsemen left the coastal settlements around Bergen 1200 years ago to go “a-viking” and raided the coasts of Scotland, Ireland and eastern England. Some settled, influenced the islands’ languages, customs and genetic inheritance but many others returned to their homes amongst the dramatic fjords on Norway’s Atlantic coastline.
Today’s descendants of those early sea-borne raiders are not happy at the way pushy Muslims are trying to take over their city square. Norway is gradually being sold out by politicians from its very own Labour Party, just as Britain is being fleeced and ruined by this criminal gang in Westminster bearing the same name.
Pigs’ feet
Recently Norwegian anti-immigration politicians in Bergen have promised to chase off recent Muslim invaders with pigs’ feet and squealing noises if the city’s central square is used for prayers.
The leader of the Demokratene, a populist anti-immigration party, Vidar Kleppe, told Norwegian reporters on Wednesday (28th) that he backed city council representative Kenneth Rasmussen.
Rasmussen reacted with suggestions of using porcine tactics after Labour Party politician Jerad Abdelmajid said that the city's Muslims could take their Friday prayers in Torgallmenningen, Bergen's central square, when they will be without a mosque from March 31st. Building of a new mosque to cater for the city’s rapidly growing Muslim, mostly Somalian, population is behind schedule.
As his name suggests Abdelmajid is himself not a native Norwegian and his declaration has provoked heated public debate amongst the fiercely traditional residents of Bergen.
"I completely agree with Kenneth Rasmussen that Muslims having their Friday prayers with their butts in the air in the city center is no solution. They can find other places," Kleppe told news agency NTB.
Kenneth Rasmussen told newspaper Dagbladet's web site that Bergen residents should hang up pig's feet and play pig squeals over loudspeakers to scare off Muslims, and claimed these tactics worked when he was a soldier for the United Nations in Somalia and Lebanon in the 1990s.
Healthy debate
Kleppe was willing to admit that this might be considered as provocative, but that it was correct of his party colleague to propose vigorous solutions.
"It is healthy with lively debates... his main point is surely that Bergen's residents do not appreciate Friday prayers in the city's main square," Kleppe said.
"This will do more damage than good. A threat does not justify another threat, no matter who proposes it," entrepreneur Shahzad Rana told newspaper VG. "Here there have been provocations from both sides. Is it not possible for them to sit down and talk?" Rana asked.
Such a question remains unanswered by the Norwegian media but one perfectly reasonable response is that the onus is on the Islamic newcomers to abide by the wishes of the overwhelming majority who have never been asked if they wanted their knit and harmonious neighbourhoods turned into warring ghettos resembling Third World slums.
Once again the situation is mirrored in the UK. The taxpaying, hard working and increasing frustrated and beleaguered Britons were never asked by the politicians who were and continue to be paid from the public purse if they wanted their own villages, towns and neighborhoods colonised by Third World immigrants.

The word 'uniculturalism' would be more positive since it would encourage us all to focus on our similarities and share our differences...
...a lot of us already do this with food, music, dress style etc.
Maybe one day the whole world will be of mixed-race and we wont fight or war anymore!!
