When I worked for two different Corporate companies THEY would vouch for me NOW when I STILL say 'FEDEX' is the best! In quality, promptness, quantity, etc. HANDS DOWN!! Both of these companies make a sweet million a year or more. I work for a LITTLE company now and they use UPS. It's frustrating, but I don't pay the bill!

Both companies are good but since my friend is a pilot for UPS, I would have to give my support to UPS.
I like the different options UPS gives you to ship an item such as Sonic Air, Next Day Air Early Morning, Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Ground, etc.
