Hey ! Wake up !

I don't want to be rude, but you're not going to improve anything with a loan.

Success in business comes from trust people put in you and your company.

Bad credit is a clue for investors that you don't deserve trust...

Improve your credit first ( http://index-go.com/improve-credit-score-get-out-of-debts-fast.asp ), then start your business, it's a great idea !

i would consult an attorney to break the bad credit by court hearing than if your case win and you can clean out your bad credit talk to your attorney about going to start a business an attorney have good ideal where to find a bank even with bad credit the bottom line that you will have to pay high interest rate according depending on your credit it will be the bank decision how much interest rate they will charge you so do some research first go see a lawyer even though it will be about $100 an hour you will get the most out of and start searching for the right bank witht he right amount interest for $60,000 let me know how it goes i hope you can get it go for it.

Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution.

I will hereby talk from my personal experience.

I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details,
if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first,

a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found :

if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!

Incorporate the business, and make it a separate entity from you personally.
