I hate social situations altogether but I have a fear of barfing in public. I can not be in a small space with a lot of people, I absolutely freak out and hyperventilate. I just try to not put myself in these situations so unfortunately people tend to think I'm anti-social or stuck-up.

I have phobia of Children, no joke.
One I can deal with, maybe two.
Any more than that, running around me, I can't cope with.
I'd cross the street to avoid them.
Children above the age of 3 but below 12.
I cried in Pizza Hut the other day because there was a 10th birthday party on the table behind us, I left the food and the bill and went.

I suffer from agoraphobia, which is a fear of the meeting place or market place, some people mistake it for being afraid of the outside world, but because the agoraphobic become frighten of going anywhere as time goes on, this is where the misunderstanding takes place, An agoraphobic looses confidence in themselves. Medication can help, but it's a long slow process to recover and some never recover and then become permanently housebound.

I'm one of those people that take time to check other people out, then I usually relax and be myself....shy at first! I do have a problem with going to places where there is alot of people. I hate it, I feel like I can't breath and tense up all the time, even if I try to convince myself that I'm a little crazy and it's all me and not them staring at me but me staring at them...u know what I mean?!!

I do not like telephones. I've driven 15 miles just to make a doctor's appointment. Sometimes I get my husband to make the calls for me. If someone calls me, I don't want to talk long. It makes me edgy and seems like a waste of time.
