I'd get a train 200 miles to see someone.
Tell I love him and then I'd likely lose my virginity.

I would take time to collaberate and then tell all the people I hold dear how much they mean to me. I wouldn't tell them I had 4 weeks to live for sure. I would make sure my daughter was taken care of in every possible way and write letters for them to recieve when I had past.

First I'd get my affairs up to date and funeral arrangements made. I would want no other treatment than pain meds. Then I'd grab my beautiful children, take them out of school and have a grand vacation. I'd also make a video of myself talking to my kids for when they are older, so they can remember me. I already write letters to them once in a while and file them to be read when their adults. I would want to make sure they get those. And then I'd like to hug them and pray with them one last time.

Make sure my dogs were well provided for, tell my brother to have a bash with all I leave behind, then have a great time until the day of doom occurred.
