I work as a design engineer for industrial steel erection and in the engineering business there is little time to adapt and train an individual to that company's needs. ( and they're all different!) Add that to learning the differences between schooling and field work and its a nightmare. Now you have a college edu, great, but your on own deciphering how to apply that wealth of knowledge( other than drinking) . Your biggest ali is common sense the 5th power! lol

Does your knowledge of engineering equal your ability to type a coherent question? If your resume looks like that, I think I see the problem.
