If you're talking about header text in the web page, to align it to the right, you'd do:

My Page Header



Several lines of text centered:


Line 1


Line 2


Line 3




(The quotes are optional, but recommended.)

If you're talking about the text in the blue title bar at the top of the window, I think the only way to move it to the right would be to put a bunch of hard spaces before the title in the section:

    Page Title

(Edit: the hard spaces disappear in this window when I submit the message. You type &, followed by nbsp; (no spaces, and don't forget the semicolon) for each space you want to move the text over.)
