I schedule appointment and he has me rescheduling at least 3 times before he takes the kids. I know for a fact he not busy he's at home. I should not be b**** but it looks bad on me " I do all of the calling and answering.

Umm, you don't. Because he is the boss and you are the employee. Unless you want to be your own boss, then work hard and someday you may be. But you don't tell your boss to do his part. Are you crazy? Who do you think you are? You work for him. Stop whining or get another job.

Just remember, he signs your paychecks. So when your at the Gap, remember that.

Your boss hired you to take the Heat for him. He didn't want to do it himself. Where I always work the Boss tells me what to do, I never did tell him. That just the way it works.

well the boss has the last say. you can talk to him and tell him how you feel. but you mite be looking for a job. good luck

I wish you could but if you want to keep your job you won't say anything. I know that is not fair but that is the way things are.

Why are you making all the personal arrangements for your boss and his kids?

I would tell him to handle it himself. Its not your job to lie to his kids.
