Has to be a cat. Obviously I would try and avoid the man in the white coat with the scissors - but anyway a comfy home, good food and a friendly lap to lie on might be sufficient compensation for the loss of conjugals!

Oh -- definitely my cat, Shadow. She is the queen of our house and has two grown adults doing her bidding. Comes and goes as she pleases and sleeps the rest of the day. She knows when we are ready to retire for the night and she whizzes off to the bedroom to get the best spot on the bed. Yes -- a big vote for my cat.

i would like to come back as an african grey or macaw parrot as they are intelligent,witty,chatter boxes,loving affectionate animals who also live 70yrs plus depending on health that way id live another life for fair few years and be treated good if get right owner...

I would like to live in the water and see how it really works.
and a zebra, because I love that vegetarian animal! also because I imagine myself as a zebra living free in africa having different adventures.
