i have a bf and he constantly tells me that he loves me and so does his friends. but the other day we were talking about this one girl in his class and he seemed so happy that she told him that me and him were cute together. he said that that girl was so cool and awesome. and also that girl told my bf that she wanted his coat. and i can't help but feel jealous because that girl is so pretty and popular and pretty athletic and i'm afraid that i can't measure up to her. and i'm scared that my bf won't love me anymore if that girl starts flirting with him.
what should i do?
i feel really stupid feeling like this
cuz i know i shoudln't have anything to worry about
but sometimes i just can't help it.

It sounds like a touch of insecurity, and we all have it at different times for different reasons. If he doesn't follow through with anything on her behalf then it sounds like he really wants to be with you and care about you. But if things start to get shady or questionable and gives you excuses or "reasons" you could rethink the situation. The way I look at things, and this is just me, I won't compete for someone else's attention. Been there and done that, and it's exhausting and not worth it =) If you start finding you have to do this, it's time maybe to move on =) Good luck!

First you shouldn't do anything, if your bf loves you like he says he does no matter what type of girl swing by his view you should be the one that is always the measurement for him. Don't waste your time worrying, just be yourself don't try to be someone your not. If he loves and cares a great deal for you sweetie he aint going nowhere. If he does the opposite he wasn't no good from the start.

did he give her the coat?? if he did id say you should ask him if you and he are doing okay if he is thinking of seeing other people it's a risk but it's better then not knowing seriously...if he didnt give her the coat, then you have nothing to worry about so far but watch her she is after your man for sure if she makes anymore moves then i suggest you approach her and say how you don't appreciate her flirting with your boyfriend, step up and protect what's yours but don't be childish and allow it to escalate to a fight be guarded but still be polite if at all possible ask her first if she was flirting and if she hesitates then you say you dont appreciate it, if she denys it and you think shes telling the truth then simply say well good to hear because if you did i would not be too happy after all he is my boyfriend and she should still get the hint if she continues after this you need to put another question in cause im getting carpul tunnel here..lol

well.. if you feel so insecure, you should ask your bf what he really feels about you.. also you should tell him how you're feeling, and if he really loves you or at least cares about your feelings, he'll keep a distance with that girl.
