I don't want to be quick to judge, but I see some typos in your question and it might have to do with why you may not be accepted, especially if referring to being accepted by prospective employers. It sounds like you meant to ask, "Why is it difficult to accept an engineer who is inexperienced?" or "...without experience?" Interesting that you correctly used "accept" instead of "except"... Anyway, assuming this is a real question and not a prank, I hope that helps! Also, there are a lot of engineers in many fields who do have experience, so if an employer is looking at both resumes with similar pay requests, well....it wouldn't be a hard choice. because most are inexperianced and they have nothing to really show for what they know, you need to just give them a chance and if you don't like what they do. get rid of them
