What is something cute I can make for my fiance's birthday?

Her birthday is in a week and a half. I already bought a picture frame with 6 spots for pictures and put pics of us in it. I want to make her something else that is cute for her bday, any suggestions?

Ummm how about like those love coupons? You know, this one is good for a 10 min massage, etc. Also how about just making a nice dinner and then run a nice warm bath for the 2 of you? Good luck!
