I have T-Mobile right now and they are RAPING me. This month my bill is $346. So, I'm paying it off and switching ASAP but need a cheap plan.

Anyone find success with a company?

It all depends on what providers are in your area and how many minutes a month you need.
I used to work at Cingular and the coverage here is really good with them.
I would say either
Cingular, Sprint or Verizon if you have any of those in your area.

I like Verizon, haven't had a problem with our rates. You might want to up your plan to get more minutes. It also depends on what service the people you talk to. Verizon has a mobile to mobile feature that gives me unlimited talk time to other Verizon customers.

If you know a lot of people on Nextel, their Push-to-Talk feature is nice.

Those would be the two I'd recomend.

There are also 2 companies offering x number of friends on any network for free.

Verizon, stay away from Nextel. I have them and I'm waiting for my contract to be over.

Verizon. I went from Alltel to Verizon and I love it. I thought Alltel was good, but Verizon is much better.

Verizon......most people have it and most calls will be in network, thus saving you a lot on your monthly bills!

i have never had any problem with Nextel so that would be my advice, but Sprint bought out Nextel so now I would have to say Sprint.
