I would ask my ob/gyn when it would be safe to wear one. You can go online at JCPenney.com, or, if you're a plus size, "Just My
Size".com is great!

If you had a c-section, I'd wait till your incision checkup. If not, you should be able to wear them pretty much immediately, although it may be difficult to find the right size since you will be a bit oddly shaped in the beginning. Check out spanx.com for body shapers (They are the ones that Tyra and Oprah are always raving about - they really are fantastic). ebay,unless you want to pay a big price. Look for 'girdles' I bought several. You can wear them whenever it is comfortable.
