If you have a wireless card for your laptop you should be able to get it anywhere they offer it for free. Try sitting in a hotel parking lot or going to a place like starbucks.
Otherwise you can get a wireless card (like a cell phone) that will work anywhere your cell does, but it costs money.

you would just search for a network that is around you and then you would connect to it
At the bottom of the screen at the left is a little icon that shows that strength of the wireless signal click that to see the networks around you and somewhere on there you will see a REFRESH button click on it to see more then click on the one that has the highest signal that is not blocked and click CONNECT there you go

You have two options. enable the wifi, IEEE802.11 a/b/g thats part of your mobile n go to some hotspot.
second, get a data card from some ISP n go fida!!!
