For some reason, Urban minorities feel that other members of their ethnic group do not belong if they study and work hard. Does this mean they should all remain ignorant? What your question really says is: ' If all the educated, work oriented, responsible people of all ethnic groups move out , what will happen?'
With no one to run business, churches, schools and social services: the entire city will empty or self destruct.
The people of cities should be assisted in self improvement, not lifetime dependence. They deserve better. They don't like the violence around them, either.

same as my neighbourhood, crime. murder rape robbery & everything got run down very quickly.and it was such a wonderful place to live be for they moved in,God almighty what is wrong with those people.Lincoln said he was shipping them all to South America and then some idiot killed him
I am in the South so I am talking about ****** not mexicans even though they or getting to be a problem also.
