Why do i feel so insecure and lonely? I feel very unhappy and lonely and i dont know what to do, i should be happy with the life i have with a job, a partner, a college course but i feel so unhappy and lonely, i want others to know me more deeper than they do , i dont feel ppl including my family know me that well i am very reserved, wot can i do to open up more and be myself around others?

it sounds to me that you are so wrapped up in everything else that you are not making time for friends, or maybe you are shy. the next time you get a chance, talk to someone new!!

In order not to be lonely you have to sociallize, you can start chating with people with the subject like weather; sports, film or any subject you are interest.
