Some cheat sheets for my job, my co workers extention cuz he's always getting phone calls at my desk!! a picture of my man a pic of my god daughter and a heart shaped clock my boo gave me for valentine's day. awwwww! Damn Becky sounds like me with tax id numbers on her desk!! too funny, are you in the medical industry too? lol.
