On line. Its easier to talk online and do other things at the same time than being stuck on the phone. You can answer when you get the chance on line.

Online! That way if the chat gets boring, you can surf the web. If you have to do something you can say brb. The phone may be hard to talk on when one or the other have other people around. So chatting is prollie the best!

depends, for quick chit-chat it's better to do it online, if the conversation is somewhat important or will take awhile do it on the phone.
