No direct legal worries if you are both at least 18 years old. Also, don't let anybody under 18 see the pictures either.

Legally, it would be treated just like pornography. Since minors weren't involved, there isn't much that the government can do about it.

No I had a friend that had TONS of Naked pics on his cell phone.
